To unsubscribe from your email digest visit your Slack workspace then type and submit /lowdown off anywhere. You'll then be unsubscribed.

You can turn it back on again at anytime with /lowdown on or update with /lowdown settings. You can change your digest settings by chatting to the Lowdown app in Slack.
